Job Title: Strategic Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the Digital Trade Initiatives team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing commitments, prepare responses to routine and complex matters, and coordinate divisional responses.

The role involves providing high-level administrative support, including managing meetings, briefings, and events, anticipating and managing competing commitments, preparing responses to routine and complex matters, and coordinating divisional responses.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for administering finance support, including advising, arranging, and reconciling travel in line with departmental policies for Senior Executives.

In addition, they will undertake quality control of all incoming and outgoing documentation, develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and provide guidance to build capability.
