Job Title: Executive Officer

The successful candidate will provide high-level executive, secretariat and project support services across the agency, including creating a strong rapport with stakeholders and working in collaboration with personnel.

  • Lead and contribute to projects to support the achievement of operational and strategic organisational objectives
  • Prepare, manage and review briefing material and correspondence related to the broad project portfolio
  • Manage the workflow in and out of the General Manager's office, ensuring all materials and correspondence are received and actioned in a timely manner
  • Coordinate, research, analyse trends and hot issues to escalate and provide briefing material to executives
  • Coordinate and develop material for Board reporting, Executive reporting and other executive inputs
  • Develop and oversee the implementation and evaluation of administrative practices, systems and procedures to optimise efficiency and support the achievement of quality outcomes
  • Provide administrative support as required, including preparing complex or sensitive correspondence, documentation, reports, submissions and meeting papers
