The Strategy and Operations Branch leads multiple activities including policy development, stakeholder engagement, communications, workforce capability, change management, international relations, quality management and work health and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing action plans for staff well-being and learning opportunities
  • Collaborating with managers to deliver executive communications and correspondence
  • Maintaining governance and compliance activities, including asset management planning and business continuity planning
  • Providing secretariat support in a dynamic environment, including minute taking and digital record keeping
  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including contractor hiring and onboarding new staff
