Your New Role

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced Sea Operations Operator to join our team on a full-time basis located in our Bankstown Airport office.

Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure a smooth and efficient freight process within a dynamic team
• Obtain rates, prepare quotes, and arrange international shipments
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline operations
• Maintain clear and effective communication with overseas offices and agents
• coordinating with our transport team for the releasing of cargo
• issuing of correct documentation to customers and agents within the required time frames
• Arranging Invoices including client monitoring and maintaining rates / activity reports
• Job costing & EOM closure
• Develop & maintain relationships with customers

Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.

What You Need

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

• 3 years experience in similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Cargowise experience

Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
