Driving Sustainability and ESG Excellence

About the Role

We're committed to leading the way in sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Our goal is to develop and implement strategies that minimize our footprint and maximize benefits for the community.

  • Develop, implement, and manage sustainability and ESG initiatives in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct assessments and audits to measure our environmental impact and compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices throughout the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, regulations, and developments in sustainability and ESG arenas.
  • Prepare and present reports on sustainability and ESG performance to internal stakeholders and external disclosures.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and community partners, to promote our sustainability initiatives.
  • Support the company in obtaining sustainability certifications and maintaining compliance with ESG-related regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting, or a related area.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and ESG reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in sustainability reporting tools and software.
