We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team. As a People Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee life cycle and onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in human resources, administration, or compliance, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. You will be able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and internal movements
  • Assisting with general People & Capability projects and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participating in our customer service hotline on a rotating roster, providing timely and supportive assistance to internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with existing employee data management procedures
