You will work closely with clinical leaders and senior management to ensure high-quality care through a well-supported and compliant workforce.
About the Job- Lead end-to-end recruitment for support and clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations
- Oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Track key HR metrics to inform workforce planning
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs
- HR qualification (Degree or Diploma)
- Experience in healthcare, NDIS, aged care or community sector recruitment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of workforce compliance and sector-specific regulations
- Alignment with values of compassion, dignity and person-centered care
- Part-time flexibility (0.5 FTE)
- Hybrid work arrangement
