Job Title: Senior Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial aspects of major projects, advising and instructing project team members on compliance with commercial requirements, and assessing risk.

  • Manage, coordinate, report on and advise on commercial aspects of major projects
  • Advise and instruct project team members on compliance with commercial requirements
  • Assess risk and ensure effective administration of project contractual relationships

The role is responsible for advising and instructing the project team members on compliance with commercial requirements set out in the head contract, subcontracts, consultant and supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, guidelines and project specific procedures.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage, coordinate, report on and advise on commercial aspects of major projects
  • Advise and instruct project team members on compliance with commercial requirements
  • Assess risk and ensure effective administration of project contractual relationships

This role requires a high level of expertise in commercial project management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Possess a relevant degree and 5 years' experience in the construction industry
  • Ideally have a Quantity Surveying background
  • Have extensive experience managing head and subcontracts on large-scale projects
  • Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
