Financial Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description:
\The role involves leading the balance sheet clean-up and reconciliations to identify discrepancies, as well as collaborating with IT and operations to ensure correct ERP module configuration.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary.\
- Conduct detailed inventory analysis including valuation, movements, and cost allocation.\
- Partner with operations and supply chain to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance.\
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units.\
- Perform product costing and profitability analysis.\
- Assist with capital expenditure tracking and ROI analysis for new investments.\
- Lead the reconciliation of the balance sheet to identify discrepancies and resolve them.\
- Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure ERP modules are correctly configured.\
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility across finance and operations.\
- Provide financial support to business units by analyzing budgets and forecasts.\
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\
