Quality Assurance Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting Quality Assurance Reviews to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancement of processes.

This specialist will work closely with various teams to proactively undertake Quality Assurance Reviews, utilizing QA data together with other data sources to identify and share opportunities to enhance customer service and improve quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Quality Assurance Reviews
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhancement
  • Utilizing data to drive quality and customer service initiatives
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong Life Insurance experience
  • High level of technical knowledge in retail and/or group claims
  • High level of financial acumen
  • Analytical mindset and strong reporting skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
