Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the production and warehousing activities in our Regency Park facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the hands-on production of liquid fertilizers, operating production machinery, and supervising casual production and warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of quality control processes, and the ability to maintain compliance with AQIS and Biosecurity guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production operations: Ensure efficient and safe production processes, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Supervise staff: Lead and motivate a team of casual production and warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain inventory control: Oversee receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including AQIS and Biosecurity guidelines.
  • Quality control: Implement and maintain effective quality control processes, ensuring products meet quality standards.
