Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Media Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client/supplier relationships, acting as the primary point of contact where you will be managing expectations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data, UX, social & PR, buyers and more, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work with clients to define their digital marketing objectives and KPIs and track progress towards those goals, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Manage performance metrics to ensure suppliers deliver the expected results.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for clients to improve their web presence, increase traffic and leads, and achieve better ROI from their digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and tools, and share insights with the team to continuously improve services.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of paid media across Google, Meta, Display and other digital marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta, DV360, SA360.
  • Experience managing supplier/client relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing performance metrics.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive results for clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that drive business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how digital marketing fits into broader business objectives.
