What You'll Do:

  • Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
  • Guide customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goals
  • Use your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and future-ready them for financial success
  • Develop strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, branch, and branch manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

Requirements:

  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales
  • High-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills
  • Understanding of small business offerings
  • Consumer lending experience - this is essential
