Job Title: Automotive Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver and manage all finance solutions for customers
  2. Provide and sell insurance products to meet customer needs
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of aftermarket solutions

Administrative duties include:

  1. System processing, including stock control

In this role, you will work closely with our F&I Business Manager and Sales Manager to provide customers with exceptional automotive solutions.

Requirements:
  1. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  2. Effective negotiation and closing skills
  3. Ability to think creatively and outside the box for customers
  4. Excellent customer service skills and eagerness to be part of a strong sales team
  5. Ability to double close deals and assist Sales Consultants
  6. Must be detail-oriented and process-driven
  7. Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft suite
  10. Hold necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
