Automotive Sector Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional to excel as a Business Manager in the Automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide top-notch automotive solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Training and development in sales and delivery of finance solutions, insurance solutions, and aftermarket solutions
- Administrative duties including system processing and stock control
In six months, you will be responsible for:
- Sales and delivery of finance solutions
- Sales and delivery of insurance solutions
- Sales and delivery of aftermarket solutions
- Assisting with vehicle stock control
- Meeting and exceeding monthly performance measures
- Driving high conversions and sales rates while ensuring customer interests come first
- Strengthening relationships between customers and the dealership
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to think on their feet and outside the box for customers
- Strong customer service skills and eagerness to be part of a strong sales team
- Ability to double close deals and assist sales consultants
- Detail-oriented and process-driven individual
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work across multiple sites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite
- Necessary finance and insurance accreditation or ability to rapidly acquire
