We are seeking an experienced leader to head our community facilities team. Reporting to the Coordinator Community Facilities Planning, you will oversee day-to-day management and operations across built facilities, public spaces, shared use sites, and recreation spaces.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative professional with exceptional relationship building and influencing skills suited to diverse stakeholders including community groups, schools, sporting clubs, commercial event organisers, and residents.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • A highly analytical approach with ability to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and customer feedback.
  • Tertiary qualification in business administration, customer service, event management, hospitality, facility management, or related field OR equivalent experience in booking operations, venue hire management, or customer service coordination.
