Business Development Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Business Development professional to join our Sales team in QLD. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing key clients within the QLD market.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Identify and target new business opportunities through research, market analysis, and lead generation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and tailor solutions to meet their needs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and solutions to clients
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

**Ideal Candidate**

* Previous experience with CUBIC or switchboard solutions (building or managing a switchboard solution)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task, identify growth opportunities, manage projects, and develop actionable plans
* Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
