Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Store Managers to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence
  • Maintain high standards across your region through regular store visits and performance check-ins
  • Spearhead recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives
  • Implement strategic plans, campaigns, and store standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of multi-site retail or area management experience
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Detailed knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and compliance
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data
  • Effective communication, time management, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to travel extensively as required
