Develop a fulfilling career in product security and resilience with our organization. We are seeking a talented Graduate Product Security Engineer to join our team in Queensland, Australia.

The Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position that offers a solid career foundation from day one. As a Graduate Product Security Engineer, you will develop and implement product security and resiliency across the entire project lifecycle.

You will conduct security authorization and assessment activities for products and systems, perform threat assessments, and communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining security policies, audits, and assessments, analyzing and determining the risk associated with potential vulnerabilities, and providing recommendations for mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement product security and resiliency strategies across the entire project lifecycle.
  2. Conduct security authorization and assessment activities for products and systems.
  3. Perform threat assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  4. Communicate and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure effective security practices.
  5. Create and maintain comprehensive security policies, audits, and assessments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must hold a tertiary degree qualification in engineering, computer science, or information technology (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026). Additionally, applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
