Role Overview
PMCi is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Resilience Expert to advise and support our clients in enhancing their security posture. This role will focus on assessing risks, developing resilience strategies, and implementing best-practice controls to safeguard against evolving cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments, including user access, email security, endpoint protection, and cloud environments.
- Develop and implement a cyber resilience roadmap aligned with leading standards and frameworks.
- Recommend and deploy controls such as:
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity management.
- Enhanced email and phishing protection measures.
- Incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and playbooks.
- Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs to improve organizational security culture.
- Advise on policies, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with PMCi leadership and client stakeholders to ensure security strategies align with business objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity resilience, risk management, and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of email security, endpoint defense, and cloud security (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
- Experience applying cyber resilience frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Essential Eight).
- Proven ability to conduct training and awareness programs for end users.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and advisory skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or equivalent.
- Background in consulting, advisory services, or cross-industry security engagements.
