Senior Labour Planner

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead a team of coordinators in planning and processing site labour requirements. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Mobilise teams by coordinating rosters, flights, medicals and site inductions.
  • Manage Purchase Orders using systems like Epicor.
  • Provide reports on the performance of the planning function to senior management.
  • Develop and manage labour pools in line with forecasts.

We require someone with experience leading teams ideally from the mining sector, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, proven experience working under pressure, delivering to tight deadlines, proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel, and flexibility to support our customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobilisation: Coordinate teams to plan and process site labour requirements.

• Planning: Develop and manage labour pools in line with forecasts.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on the performance of the planning function.
