Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team in Kwinana. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of our projects.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in mobilising work teams to client sites, with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day planning activities to optimise labour, resource and asset allocation
  • Collecting, analysing and reviewing operational data to forecast demand for resource planning and identifying potential shortfalls and strategies to address issues prior to execution
  • Accurate short and long-term forecasting of labour, equipment and vehicle fleet requirements
  • Maintaining and updating site induction folders to ensure all personnel hold the correct qualifications, certificates and tickets to comply with site regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in mobilisation of work teams to client sites
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work, deliver to tight deadlines and problem solve
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
