Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ a Scheduler / Planner on a 3/1 roster for our Lynas Project in Kalgoorlie.

**Job Description**:
The purpose of this role is to assist the Senior Scheduler and Project Manager with managing project planning systems and procedures, executing schedule development, analysis updates and maintenance, monitoring and reporting, and direct involvement in interactive planning with team. Work on small and medium scale projects with mínimal supervision.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities are as follows:

- Work under directions by direct supervisor assigned at construction site.
- Assist with developing detailed project plans.
- Liaise with and obtain information from lead engineers and project engineers for update reporting purposes.
- Prepare planning data for construction sub-contractors at tender / execution projects.
- Prepare initial network of activities for project schedules in consultation with project management and discipline leads.
- Resource loading of project schedules, levelling and analysis and production of staffing histograms to support projects.
- Monitor and control planning activities during design / construction.
- Periodic schedule reviews with stakeholders.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans.
- Prepare daily/ weekly / monthly progress reporting.
- Support supervisor preparing notice of delays / extension of time.
- Progress checks measure spot checks on site following rules of credit approved for the project as require for progress claims.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering or other appropriate degree or relevant qualification and/or trade background.
- White Card.
- Minimum 3 years relevant hands-on industry experience in planning and scheduling in both design and construction environments.
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to produce plans and schedule.
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Conversant with schedule, cost control and change management philosophy.
