Job Title: Safety and Wellbeing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety, wellbeing, and injury management strategies, policies, and practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and staff, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and championing best practices in psychological and physical safety.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance organisational capability, manage injury claims and return-to-work programs, and evaluate services to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading complex safety, wellbeing, and injury management initiatives.
  • Strong governance and risk management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of health and safety legislation and contemporary practices.
