Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive workplace safety and excellence across our operations.

This role is responsible for leading initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards, and fostering a culture of safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs to operational teams, focusing on best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and support incident management processes.
  • Provide expert guidance to senior leadership on HSE best practices and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Degree or higher qualification in Work Health & Safety (WHS) or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HSE Advisor in construction, fabrication, or heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
  • Certification in Training and Assessment (desired).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
