Senior NDIS Caseworker

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an NDIS relationship partner. This is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to develop your skill set while providing high-quality service to stakeholders.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position based at our office with flexibility to work from home and travel to clients' locations as required.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of NDIS participants, tailoring services to meet their needs, goals, and preferences
- Conduct home visits and participant reviews to ensure ongoing assessments and adapted care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation for all participants
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional outcomes
You should have experience in NDIS compliance requirements and have worked in a coordination role. You must be passionate about providing excellent service to all stakeholders and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
