2027 NDIS Commission Graduate ProgramThe NDIS Commission's graduate program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering social impact. You'll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, working on real-world projects that will drive change within the Commission.
Your new role:- 12-month graduate entry-level program
- Engage in projects and develop skills needed to excel in the public service sector.
- Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams across Australia on impactful issues.
- Flexible work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Complete a structured learning program through a comprehensive 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.
- The Learning Program involves real-time interactions, webinars, events, and group activities, including learning sprint work.
- Receive mentorship, career coaching, and planning support.
- Guidance from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.
- A competitive salary starting at APS level 4, $82,999 plus 15.4% superannuation.
- Annual leave, cultural leave, and parental leave.
