Role Overview

  • Providing level 1 support services across desktop, network, infrastructure, application, telephony, and cloud service portfolios.
  • Resolving service requests and incidents while ensuring accurate capture, classification, prioritization, and escalation within Yooralla's IT Service Management Lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
