About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Global Help Desk Supervisor to join our team at Chenega Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relations, analyzing operational processes, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relations, including resolving customer concerns and developing a customer contact strategy.
  • Analyze operational processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and escalations.
  • Develop expertise necessary to effectively respond to issues.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 6 years' experience managing teams, hands-on experience with ITSM, Microsoft Office, and Windows technology. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and IAM-1 certification are also required.
