Enterprise Solution Strategist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced solution strategist to join our team. As a Business Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for architecting suite-based solutions across the entire Workday portfolio, in the context of customer business transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive years of ERP experience, solutioning expertise, and experience in managing executive level stakeholder relationships. A background in SI consulting sales cycles or Presales methodologies would be advantageous.
This is a senior-level Solutions Consulting position that demands exceptional presentation skills, specifically with C-level leadership audiences. The successful candidate will be able to lead virtual teams collaboratively and continuously learn about the industry, Financials domain, SaaS solutions, and products.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect suite-based solutions across the Workday portfolio
- Manage executive level stakeholder relationships
- Lead virtual teams collaboratively
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Deep understanding of ERP financial functional areas
- Expertise in one or more SaaS portfolios (Workday Financials, SAP S4 Hana Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud)
- Industry Domain Expertise in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, High Tech/Media/Ecommerce, General Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution, Healthcare, Hospitality
- Ability to develop consultative and trusted advisor relationships
