Leading Child Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.
This role offers the opportunity to work across various programs delivering high-quality mental health assessments, interventions and outcomes for consumers and their communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake evidence-based assessments across multiple program areas in a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including consumers and their care teams, to understand presenting issues and develop and deliver appropriate treatment options.
- Liaise effectively with other services and agencies to provide specialised psychological mental health advice and training.
- Two years post registration supervised experience in a clinical area directly applicable to Child Mental Health Services, with demonstrated experience and skill in providing assessment and case management to children and adolescents with significant mental health challenges.
- Demonstrated knowledge, experience and skill in contemporary psychological practice with children and adolescents, including evidence-based assessments and therapeutic interventions.
- High level interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
