**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Senior Training and Development Specialist to drive innovation, lead high-impact training projects, and grow skills in a progressive environment committed to learning and development.

 

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Training and Development Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive training solutions. As a key member of our team, you will independently manage a team, engage with stakeholders, work with the Change Management team, and create a positive learning environment aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Development of User-Focused Training Strategies: Develop and continuously refine user-focused training strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the Creation of Engaging and Accessible Training Materials: Oversee the creation of engaging and accessible training materials that meet the needs of internal staff and external users.
  • Plan, Coordinate, and Deliver Training Sessions: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions for internal staff and external users, ensuring clarity and support.
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent training procedures and processes.
  • Guide Teams and Drive Impactful Training Initiatives: Guide teams and drive impactful training initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Utilise Learning Platforms: Utilise LearnHub and Rise360 to develop, release, and manage training content.
  • Maintain and Develop Training Content: Ensure ongoing maintenance and development of training content.

 

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 per annum
