Responsibilities

">A relevant tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, or a related field">Extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a government or law enforcement context">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make sound recommendations">Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
