We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Legal Counsel.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about commercial contracting and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our team.

As a Legal Counsel, you will provide expert advice on various matters, including contract negotiation and management. You will work closely with our professionals and pursuits teams to ensure that we achieve our goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Negotiate and manage high-value pursuits and agreements, including large-scale transformation projects.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally on complex global contracting initiatives and projects.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor within the GCO function by delivering proactive, commercial legal advice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An unrestricted practicing certificate for an Australian jurisdiction.
  • At least 8 years' post-admission experience gained in a top or leading mid-tier firm and/or reputable in-house experience.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
