Contract Management Leader

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management Leader to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex commercial agreements across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts with government and international clients.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual rights and risk mitigation.
  • Support development of RFT responses and new business proposals.
  • Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for alignment on governance and compliance.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop performance KPIs and support Service Delivery Managers in customer relationships.

To succeed, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in contract management, including public sector or Defence clients.
  • Deep knowledge of contract law, procurement processes and risk management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing contracts within Defence or government environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
