Job Opportunity

We seek an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the entire contract lifecycle.

This pivotal role ensures compliance, mitigates legal and commercial risk, and drives alignment with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements including contracts with government and defence clients.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
  • Support the development of RFT responses and new business proposals.
  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle from initiation and execution to renewal and close-out.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in contract management, including at least 3 years managing contracts with public sector or Defence clients.
  • Deep knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
