Financial Operations Coordinator

This is a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including invoicing, receipting, and debtor management
- Process online banking transactions and prepare business banking records
- Reconcile bank statements and verify supplier invoices
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery dockets, and initiate payments
Creditors Duties:
- Pay bills as required and maintain accounts payable documentation
- Enter services and expenses into the Client Management System
- Regularly review unpaid bill details and uncategorised expenses
Debtors Obligations:
- Oversee accounts receivable and communicate with customers to ensure timely payments
- Create monthly lists of debtors with due and overdue accounts
- Follow up on information from this list and update regularly
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain internal filing systems and send invoices for approval
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software
- Intermediate Excel skills
