Financial Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional financial support to our diverse range of clients across various industries. Your primary objective will be to deliver top-notch bookkeeping and accounts services, including preparing BAS and IAS, managing payrolls, accounts receivable, debtor management, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position as a Bookkeeper;
- Experience with Accounts for Multiple Entities will be advantageous;
- A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping will be advantageous;
- Proficiency in Software Packages MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks;
- Your own transport and valid driver's license;
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines; and
- A high level of accuracy and ability to work autonomously.
