Financial Operations Coordinator

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project management.
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to support our financial operations team.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar accounting role, intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel preferred), and previous experience with BST will be highly regarded.
- You will work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects from setup to closure, including tasks such as project setup and closures, accounts payable input, accounts receivable, invoicing monthly, debtors – chasing of overdue invoices, and monthly visa cards reconciliation.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in financial operations, working collaboratively with our team to drive business growth and success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel preferred).
- Previous experience with BST will be highly regarded.
- Self-starter, proactive, strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve discrepancies on projects and AP/AR.
