Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit processing
- Provide administrative support in managing outstanding debtors
- Assist the Finance Manager with financial tasks
- Generate monthly reports on outstanding debtors as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Perform general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) role is preferred
- Proficiency in using accounting software is required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Intermediate Word & Excel skills and IT proficiency are necessary
- A positive attitude, fast learning capabilities, good time management, and excellent customer service skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required for this role
- Full working rights are necessary
