Financial Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely coordination of financial responsibilities.
About the Role:
The primary focus of this role is to provide support in the following areas: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Customer Service functions.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position with a 38-hour workweek based at our Scarborough office. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
Requirements:
- A Certificate III or IV in Accounting (desired)
- Proficiency in a recognized accounting software package, preferably ERP/SAP systems, Microsoft Business Central, and Excel
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Debtor Collection
- Maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
