Key Role: Quality and Compliance Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to monitor the quality of claims practices, meet business requirements, legal and regulatory obligations, and customer expectations.
This role plays a pivotal part in establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, leveraging those relationships to generate insights and optimize claims practice and outcomes.
Main responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to enhance reporting processes, extracting data from multiple databases, and manually cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy.
Understanding the root cause of data integration issues is crucial for this position.

About you:
- Prior experience in risk, compliance, or audit type roles is desired.
- Solid operational experience in a Claims business environment, particularly in Professional Indemnity Claims.
- Ability to manage feedback and pushback from internal teams.
- Capacity to identify and articulate solutions to compliance issues.
- Relevant Undergraduate/Postgraduate degrees and/or industry qualifications are desirable.
