About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on integrated advertising projects from brief through to delivery, partnering closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams.

This 4-month contract role will see you working in Sydney, supporting the Account Director & broader Account Management team, managing fully integrated campaigns, and contributing to strategic briefing and creative development.

You'll have the opportunity to build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team, act as a mentor to junior colleagues, and generate strategically sound ideas that challenge the perception of the client brand in market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Director & broader Account Management team.
  • Management of fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines including advertising, CRM and digital communications.
  • Organise project resource, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings.
  • Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion; and help to write inspiring creative briefs.
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers and estimates.
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team by actively listening and seeking guidance.
  • Act as mentor to Account Managers & Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behaviour, learning and collaboration.
  • Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges in a positive way the perception of the client brand in market.
