Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage integrated advertising projects from brief to delivery in a collaborative team environment.



Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Director and broader Account Management team by providing strategic guidance and coordination.
  • Lead fully integrated campaigns leveraging advertising, CRM, and digital communications to drive business outcomes.
  • Organise project resources, ensure tasks are completed within scope, timings, and budget.
  • Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion, and creative brief writing.
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, work-in-progress, job numbers, and estimates.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with the agency team and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor Account Managers and Account Executives to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking for client brands.


Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager in a Creative or Comms Agency environment.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects.
  • Knowledge of advertising, including TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and emerging media.
  • Passion for great ideas and commitment to delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
