Working with a top-tier brand, you'll be tasked with overseeing integrated advertising projects from inception to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution.

This position involves managing fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines, including advertising, CRM, and digital communications. You'll be responsible for organizing project resources, ensuring tasks are completed within scope and timings, and contributing to strategic briefing and creative brief development.

  • Support the Account Director and broader Account Management team in driving successful campaign delivery
  • Lead the management of fully integrated campaigns across multiple disciplines
  • Organize project resources and manage timelines to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Contribute to strategic briefing and creative brief development
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, work-in-progress, job numbers, and estimates
  • Build and nurture positive working relationships with the wider agency team
  • Act as a mentor to junior account managers and executives, setting a positive example for team behavior and collaboration
  • Develop strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges client perceptions positively

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a Senior Account Manager role within a creative or comms agency environment. They possess a proven track record in managing integrated campaigns and communicating complex ideas effectively.

  • Previous experience in a Senior Account Manager role
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Knowledge of advertising mediums, including TV, radio, print, and digital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence and credibility as a presenter
