About the Role

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating transformation initiatives that promote person-centred practice.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will contribute to project design, development, implementation, and evaluation, focusing on human service delivery.
  • You will develop and implement project plans using agile methodologies to deliver timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • You will establish and maintain effective networks and relationships with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • You will undertake research, analysis, and data interpretation to provide evidence-based advice to senior managers.
  • You will stay up-to-date with contemporary person-centred service delivery policy and practice.
  • You will prepare and present high-quality documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • You will establish business systems and practices to support unit work.
  • You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across service areas.
  • You will contribute to a workplace safety culture by ensuring policies and practices are applied.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven project management skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of person-centred service delivery principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent time management skills.
