The role of a Cafe Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administration of a food and beverage service in a leisure centre environment.

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences\
  • Meeting business objectives and goals\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty\
  • Leading by example and demonstrating a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job\
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required\
  • Complying with all relevant policies and procedures\
  • Participating in professional development and training opportunities\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

You will also be required to hold various certifications such as Food Safety Supervisor and CPR/First Aid.
