About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Supervisor to lead our cafe team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and support a small core team to deliver a diverse over-the-counter food and beverage service
  • Maintain high service standards, oversee daily operations, and administration, including stock management and ordering
  • Work to ensure the financial success and ongoing viability of the cafe
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar facility or role
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and leading staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication, both oral and written skills
  • Excellent computer skills
Essential Qualifications:
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
  • HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid
About You

You will be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
