Senior Banking and Finance Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Banking & Finance practice in Brisbane.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a nationally collaborative team, advising a variety of stakeholders including financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments on a wide range of financing transactions.

  • Key sectors include energy and renewables, natural resources, property and infrastructure;
  • Key financial products include project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets.

The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years post-promotion experience, with demonstrated transactional experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm.

Responsibilities:

  • A proven track record of success in banking and finance transactions;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
