Procurement Expert Wanted

As a leading construction project, we are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to drive the procurement process from end-to-end.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procuring materials, equipment, services, and subcontracts within cross-functional collaboration environments within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies to maintain commercial competitiveness.
- Manage the entire RFQ process, engage with suppliers, and evaluate proposals to deliver timely and cost-effective results.
- Analyze data and insights to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while promoting safety, sustainability, and environmental aspects in procurement.
- At least 5+ years of experience in supply chain and procurement departments in multinational contexts, preferably with an engineering and construction background.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or engineering.
- Negotiation techniques and commercial acumen.
- Ability to analyze complex data and create informative reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP MM is essential.
